The Good... Bad... and the As If!!!

Dating Diary, Installment 10: Double Trouble or Double Your Pleasure?!

Dating advice at Cupid.com. So, I have an awesome date tonight!!! I’m finally meeting up with this hottie named "Jared." We have been talking for like 3 weeks now. He is a lawyer and sounds and looks great. We decided to meet at a posh restaurant in Greenwich. He described the vehicle he would be driving as a Black Porche.

I did my usual prep work…wax, style and propping up. I wore a very sexy outfit and finished the look off with 4 inch stiletto boots. I went for the classy/sexy all in one look. So, I arrive at the restaurant like on time for once and decided to sit tight in the car and catch him pulling in. I waited like 10 minutes then called to see where he was. He said that something came up but he was on his way. Funny thing…he sounded a bit different but oh well I just sat tight. So, I’m in my car checking for wayward eyelashes when this Hummer pulls up...it's him. Ok, now I’m like whoa where’s the Porche? He told me that he decided to take the Hummer instead. He got out of the car and walked to me and gave me a kiss on the cheek. As he leaned in I noticed that he had a mole on his left cheek...funny I never noticed that in any of his pics, but oh well he looked and smelled great.

During dinner we laughed, talked and definitely got our flirt on. About halfway through desert he got a phone call and excused himself. This time he was gone for like 5 minutes. I was getting both annoyed and slightly embarrassed at the thought that I may have been ditched. Just as I mentally prepared myself to accept that frightening thought he returned, apologized and sat down. Immediately I noticed...he had a different shirt on!!! NOW I’m like what the??? I asked him why and how did he change? As I stared at his face waiting for a response I noticed the mole on his cheek was gone! AGAIN, I’m like what the? So, I told him he better start talking or I’m walkin’ cause this was getting way too weird for me. Hesitantly, he began to tell me that when we first started chatting on CUPID it was he and I chatting alone. One evening his brother had apparently snuck online as him and started chatting with me as well. He went on to tell me that his brother had said he liked me too and that it should be up to me as to which one I will decide to date after getting to know both. Ok, so now I’m like ok but if you guys look different didn’t you realize I was gonna know? He smiled and said I think you will better understand if you just meet him. He then got up and walked to the bar, tapped a guy on the shoulder and the guy got up. As he turned around I noticed the same shirt that I had seen earlier on "Jared." Not only the same shirt but the same face...THEY WERE TWINS!!! Now, I feel like I just won the lotto. I got this ridiculous grin that just won’t quit on my face. But I’m trying to be cool. These two are so freaking hot I’m at a loss for words...but most importantly they LIKE ME!!! Jared started explaining that instead of fighting over me they would both spend some time with me on the date to get to know me.

As you can tell I’m no longer upset or embarrassed, I’m actually feeling a pimp right now as the patrons watch these studs walk toward me. Jared introduced his identical twin brother "David" and they both sat down across from me; one with a mole and one without. Together, we laughed, talked and drank at the bar. I sat on the stool in between my double-dose of hotness as they both pawned over me sharing funny stories about their dating experiences as twins.

Near the end of the night "Jared" asked if I had made a decision as to which brother I wanted to date again. I was flabbergasted...I thought...is he stupid?...BOTH!!! I shared that thought with them and suggested that I have legitimate dates with each individually (no switching places) to see who is right for me. The guys agreed.

So now here is the best part!!! They walk me to my car. I get two kisses, two hugs and two "I’ll call ya in the mornings." "David" asked if I wanted to come back to the home they share together for more drinks but I had to decline despite visioning the hot, twin sandwich I could be part of. I passed and told both my new boy toys to call me tomorrow. I’ll keep you posted...NEXT!
