Help with using Cupid.com: What if I have technical problems with the website?

If you have technical problems with the website please follow this procedure:

1) If you are using a PC:

Please press the PrtScrn or Print Screen key, usually located in the upper right of your keyboard.

Open Microsoft Paint by accessing the Start menu, then Programs, Accessories, and finally choosing Paint.

Once you've opened Paint, choose "Edit" from the top menu and click "Paste".

Now that your screenshot appears in the Paint program, choose "File" from the top menu and click "Save as".

From the drop-down at the top of the "Save as" menu, choose to save the file on your Desktop.

Name your file 'adsense.jpg', choosing 'JPEG' as the format from the "Save as type" drop-down list, and then click Save.

2) If you're using Mac OSX

Open the "Grab" application, usually found in "Applications" | "Utilities".

Select "Capture" | "Window".

Click on the window you want to take a screenshot of.

Save the screenshot as 'adsense.jpg'.

3) If you're using a Mac 9.x or below, then hit Command+shift+3 while viewing the site you're experiencing difficulty with. This will create a file on your desktop (usually called 'picture1.png').

If you are not able to make a print screen of your problem, please describe in details so that we can reproduce your technical problem, otherwise we won't be able to help you.

Once you've followed the appropriate steps, attach your saved screenshot to your email and send it to our support team admin-usa@cupid.com.
