Help with using Cupid.com: What do I do if I purchased the wrong package?
You choose the package yourself; all the information about the payment sum and terms of repeat billing is provided on the Payment Page. We cannot change the package that you have chosen and purchased to another one, as you agreed in the terms and conditions.
