How do Free and Full Memberships differ?

Free Membership allows you to register a profile, use the extensive search function for free, like other members, use the ‘Like Gallery’ section, and view messages in public chat rooms.

Full membership (subscription) gives you access to all aspects of the site including chat, messaging and upcoming new features. Full members can send unlimited messages, view all search results, access all members’ photos, and see them in full size. They also can contact popular members and freely check the profile info of any member.

What can I do as a Free Member?

Free Membership offers you a wide range of searching and browsing options. You can also send Flirtcasts and like other members as well as use the ‘Activity’, ‘Favorites’, and ‘Like Gallery’ sections of the site.

Full Upgrade

After you've obtained Full Membership you can update it with some extra features available only for users with a subscription. To unlock the latest available extra options, click the "Get Extra" button from any site page and complete the purchase.

Credit card payments

We use various payment gateways to provide a secure payment process and accept all credit and debit cards. We do not hold any card details on our servers; this ensures maximum protection of your details. Once you have paid, your membership is immediately upgraded and your subscription period starts. Your ability to gain full access to the site is confirmation from us that we have received your payment.

How long will it take before I am charged and my account is activated?

If you pay by card the account will be activated immediately after payment goes through.

Why was my credit card declined?

There are many reasons why payment may be denied by your card issuer. The most common are:

  • Insufficient funds available.
  • Invalid card details.
  • Your billing address does not match the address on your card statement.
  • The CVV/CVV2 number is incorrect or incomplete.

What should I do if my membership hasn't been activated?

If your membership hasn't been activated after purchase, please contact us.

What can I do if I purchased the wrong package?

You choose the package yourself; all the information about the payment sum and terms of repeat billing is provided on the Payment Page. We cannot change the package that you have chosen and purchased to another one, as stated in the Terms of Use.

Can I change my membership plan if I have already subscribed?

A membership plan cannot be changed until it expires, as stated in our Terms of Use.

How do I renew my membership?

We operate a repeat billing policy. This means that once your initial membership period has expired, for your convenience, your membership will automatically be renewed. Rebilling will occur only when your current payment period expires and not before. If you do not want your membership to be automatically renewed you can cancel automatic billing any time before the collection date.
